| “I’m a firm believer in
finding fun in your work and life every day,” says Anne Wolfinger, career
and business coach. “Fun energizes you, helps you focus, and keeps
you light-hearted.”
Anne opened her coaching
practice in 1999 after a successful career in career information development.
She is a published author and her book, Quick Internet Guide to Career
and Education Information (JIST Publishing, Inc.) has sold over 10,000
copies and is in its fourth revision.
“The access to quality information
on careers, jobs and business opportunities is greater today than it’s
ever been. But I still see people struggling with ‘Yes, but what does it
mean to me?’ Struggling is not fun. That’s why I became a coach.”
Anne helps people be happier
and more satisfied with their worklife, and organizations be positive and
supportive but at the same time profitable and productive. “A great way
to achieve this is through mentoring programs,” says Anne. “Mentoring done
well is a real win/win/win for the employee, the mentor and the organization.”
Anne teaches a do-it-yourself approach to mentoring in her Get Ahead, Get
a Mentor ™ teleclass.
Anne is a graduate of Coach
U and Corporate Coach U and is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Her formal education includes degrees in English Literature and Mass Communication
and a Master’s in Public Administration. For fun, Anne enjoys learning,
reading, tennis, and playing the harp.
